The name may have recently changed to Summit Building and Remodeling Inc. formerly Majestic Home Builders Inc., but the dedication, remains the same.
The major focus of Summit is quality work whether we are remodeling your home or building you a new one.
We also recently moved from Lemont to Lockport to be closer to the area we like to build starter homes in.

I am one of the few builders in the area to have earned an CGR and CGB designation from the National Association of Homebuilders.
